Who doesn’t love a good pop-up?
Join us Monday, March 4th as we take a break from our regular dinner service and host Bastard Dining (Joslyn Mink of Underground Butcher & Charlie Denno of Underground Meats) in a collaborative four course dinner with our very own, Chef Allie Christian.
Monday March 4th at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm)
1st course: 3 bites - scallop potato, beet & goat milk panacotta, carrot jerky
2nd course: turnip salad
3rd course: molasses and malt vinegar glazed short ribs, fried rye berries with shiitake mushroom and ribboned egg
dessert: black sesame shortbread with preserved grapefruit and honey meringue
All regular beverage options (beer, wine and n/a drinks) will be available for purchase a la carte. Please denote any allergies or diet restrictions when purchasing your tickets.
