Join us Sunday June 9th as we host a return visit by Bastard Dining (Joslyn Mink of Sardine & Charlie Denno of Underground Meats) in a collaborative four course dinner with our very own, Chef Allie Christian. We will offer 2 seatings, one at 5:30pm and one at 7:30pm
Sunday June 9th – Seating 1 at 5:30 pm (doors at 5:15) / Seating 2 at 7:30 pm (doors at 7:15)
$60 per person (tax and gratuity included)
1st course: Grilled bread with cultured spruce butter, radishes, chicken liver mousse (gf & veg options available)
2nd course: Crispy pig ear salad with asparagus, chili oil, mizuna -OR- substitute crispy yuba for pork (vegetarian option)
3rd course: Bavette steak with egg yolk jam, oat-koji pickled turnips, vegetable top salad and green garlic vinaigrette -OR- substitute grilled carrot confit for steak (vegetarian option)
Dessert: Hazelnut milk panna cotta with rhubarb and sorrel honey (gf & df)
